The Job Captain will be beyond entry level with 5+ years of experience with a NAAB degree or Bachelor of Architecture or equivalent experience. Candidate must have: Experience with AutoCAD 2009 or higher, Revit, SketchUp, MS Project and Photoshop; Extensive knowledge of design principles and standards; Intermediate documentation and field observational skills; Working knowledge of CD's and procedures, building systems, codes, ADA requirements and space requirements; and Advanced verbal and written communication skills. Prior general government, criminal justice or higher education project experience is a plus. 

The Project Manager will have a minimum 10+ years of experience, licensed with a NAAB degree or Bachelor of Architecture; Master of Architecture preferred, or equivalent experience. LEED Accreditation is a plus. Must have experience with AutoCAD 2009 or higher, Revit, SketchUp, and MS Project, and a proven track record as a Project Manager on projects from pre-design through construction administration, including work plan development, cost estimating, coordination of all sub-consultants and agencies. Building assessment and construction experience is a plus. The Candidate will be involved with meeting with clients, assisting with contract development, project scheduling, knowledge of building codes, quality control and management of the design team and sub-consultants.
