ART assisted Tacoma Screw Products to design and build a new Headquarters and Warehouse building on an existing parking lot. The existing site topography dictated a tier-parking layout on three distinct levels.   The program required 50,000 square feet on one floor, with 5,000 square feet for retail space and 44,000 square feet of warehouse space. An approximately 13,000 square foot mezzanine is dedicated to office functions.
